Job summary
Textron, including its Bell Textron Inc. unit in Fort Worth, seeks an Enterprise Marketing Intern for a 10-week summer program. You will help develop marketing strategies, draft social content, and support creative briefs while coordinating campaigns and events.
Qualified students are pursuing a related bachelor's degree, with at least 60 credits completed and a 3.0 GPA minimum. Expect mentorship, real project work, and structured training in a fast-paced aviation environment.
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or closely related field required
- Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by the start of the internship (June 1, 2027) or prior Bell internship experience
- Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship: June 1- August 6, 2027
- 3.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA strongly preferred

- Collaborate with design or digital marketing to develop assets for internal or external use.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for a small marketing initiative or event

- Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite applications (including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, PowerApps and Visio)
- Ability to collaborate and provide ideas to a team with varying backgrounds and experiences.
- Strong passion to learn and understand contribution impact to business.
- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated success working in a fast paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Ability to work semi-autonomously and deal with ambiguity effectively
