Qualifications

Your Role

• Designing and implementing new test fixtures, manufacturing methods, and tooling solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity on the production floor.
• Applying classroom knowledge to on-the-job experiences through comprehensive, value-added projects.

• Developing technical skills specific to the intern's major.
• Building relationships and learning about other parts of the business for professional development.
• Presenting project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.

About You

The company is looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

• Full-time enrollment in an accredited college or university throughout the internship period (May-August 2027), pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree related to the internship.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products preferred.
• Experience using digital multimeters and assembling wire harnesses, including crimping and termination techniques, preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant software and systems.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $29.00, determined based on academic standing and expected graduation date.
