  • This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.

  • Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.

  • In addition to role‑specific projects, you’ll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship, and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What You Can Expect In This Role

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.


Department and team‑focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross‑functional projects, and final presentations.


This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network, and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.


Internship responsibilities may include:

The Customer Relationship Management team grows and strengthens customer relationships by delivering personalized, data‑driven marketing experiences across the customer lifecycle using insights and journey concepts to drive engagement, loyalty and growth.



  • Help uncover insights to drive strategic planning, execution, and measurement of retention‑specific campaigns.


Required Qualifications


  • Must be a rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree

  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program

  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship


Preferred Qualifications


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Interest in marketing strategy, campaign planning, project management, or cross‑functional business operations; ability to synthesize information and communicate findings clearly

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
