Job summary

Spectrum Internship Program in Stamford offers a paid, full-time 11-week internship designed to give real-world telecom experience and professional exposure. • Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university completing a bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA in current program.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

What You Can Expect In This Role

As a Spectrum intern, you’ll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.

Department and team‑focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross‑functional projects and final presentations.

This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.

Internship responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing and analyzing reports with the intent to provide insights into process improvements
• Coordinating and monitoring budgets, reforecasting, and analyzing operating expenses
• Improving existing financial models
• Streamlining reporting workflows
• Supporting key forecasting activities
• Performing analysis of data trends on operational budget spend to enable team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Required Qualifications

• Rising Senior (Graduating date of December 2027 or May 2028)
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor’s degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship

• Presentation, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills – verbal and written
• Drive results through effective project and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
