Job summary

Textron's Bell division invites you to join as a Continuous Improvement Intern, gaining hands-on experience while exploring interests and building new skills. You will work on real projects alongside experienced professionals to prepare for a successful future in manufacturing and aviation.

You will engage in project-based work focused on continuous improvement, learn CAD tools and Microsoft Office, and collaborate with manufacturing teams to deploy efficient solutions.

Qualifications

  • Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (preferred) or mechanical required.
  • Minimum 60 college credit hours completed by internship start (June 1, 2026) or prior Bell internship experience.
  • Able to complete the entire 10 weeks of the internship (June 1–August 7, 2026).
  • GPA 3.0 preferred.

  • Complete activities as needed to satisfy management directives.
  • Duties may vary depending upon placement within the organization.

Day in the Life of a Continuous Improvement Intern

We are looking for curious, adaptable, and self-driven individuals with a passion to innovate. Bring your experience and ideas to help us ensure the growth of our company by supporting the manufacturing and creation of our aircraft. No matter where you are in the company you are critical to the success of Bell. As a Continuous Improvement Intern at Bell, you can expect to provide product support, identify process improvements and work with Bell’s manufacturing teams to deploy new solutions that allow greater operational efficiency.

What You Will Need
