Job summary

Wolfoods is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager for a hands-on leadership role at a fast-paced summer camp. You will oversee all prep and production for the designated day part, manage staff, and ensure allergen safety in a high-volume environment.

This is an on-site, live-in position with a demanding schedule and potential travel considerations during the season.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commercial kitchen leadership role with scratch and institutional/batch cooking.
• ServSafe Allergens certification required before start date; company-sponsored.
• Strong leadership, cooking, able to navigate I-Pad, versatile with ingredients, and sharp problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in hot/cold kitchen settings, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to live on-site in a rustic setting and work a demanding 6-day/70-hour week.
