Old National Bank invites students to join its 2027 Summer Internship Experience in a hands-on financial services environment. The program runs for approximately 10 weeks with a 40-hour work week, mid-June through mid-August, allowing interns to apply classroom knowledge to real business objectives.

Participants receive mentorship from leaders, engagement in a group project, and opportunities for community involvement, with compensation of $20 per hour and access to core benefit suites.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in related field to your interest area.
• Demonstrated academic excellence.
• Strong interest in the banking industry.
• Self-starter with involvement in extra-curricular, community or university sponsored organizations.
• Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and handle unexpected challenges with maturity and professionalism.
• Ability to work independently and in multiple teams.

• Proficient PC skills in including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
