The LDP Associate program is a two-year, rotational program for recent graduates. Associates rotate to two (2) to four (4) operational areas, with each rotation lasting 6 to 12 months. Rotations cover departments such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Compliance, Data Analytics, IT, Underwriting, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Business Analysis. During rotations, the associate reports to the designated rotation manager and performs tasks relevant to the department.
