Job summary

AGRILAND FS is offering an internship program designed to develop future leaders in agronomy through hands-on training and real-world experience. Interns will gain exposure to integrated pest management, precision farming, and customer interactions that build communication skills.

As an Intern, you will learn crop scouting strategies, observe crop conditions and pest concerns, use GPS while scouting, and write field reports for customers and agronomy staff.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge in agriculture and ability to learn quickly on the job.
• Proven experience working with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent driving record.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong maturity and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn crop scouting strategies from an experienced agronomy professional.
• Observe crop condition and pest concerns on contracted acres using scouting & IPM.
• Utilize GPS while scouting.
• Walk fields to collect samples of crop condition.
• Write reports on every field scouted and present reports to customer and precision farming staff.
• Operate a company vehicle safely.
• Assist location team members as assigned.

• Will operate a company vehicle in a safe and appropriate manner
