Macquarie Bank Limited invites undergraduates graduating between December 2026 and June 2027 to join a 12-month rotation program within the Financial Management, People and Engagement group in Jacksonville. You will gain exposure to accounting, finance, tax and treasury activities while partnering with senior stakeholders.

The program offers formal training, on-the-job learning, and the opportunity to rotate into a second six-month assignment based on business needs and your goals.

What role will you play?

As a Financial Management Associate, you’ll build your accounting expertise while helping deliver financial, tax and treasury services across Macquarie.

Through a rotational program in our Jacksonville office, you’ll have the opportunity to shape your career by gaining experience across Finance & Tax, aligned to your interests and business priorities.

Finance & Tax provides financial management and control, regulatory reporting, tax and business advisory services. Working closely with teams supporting Macquarie’s operating groups, you’ll develop expertise in accounting, finance, tax or treasury while partnering with the business to deliver insights, reporting and analysis that support decision-making and help manage Macquarie’s funding, liquidity and capital position.

You’ll work across regions to support reporting, governance and regulatory requirements, while delivering financial analysis, market research and business insights to senior stakeholders.

As part of the Graduate Program, you’ll complete an initial 12-month rotation, with the opportunity to undertake a second six-month rotation based on business needs and your career goals, in consultation with your manager and the Head of the Jacksonville Office.
