This full-time, three-year rotational program offers placements in accounting, treasury, and reporting, with exposure to FP&A, internal audit, and tax; designed to develop future finance leaders.

You will work in our Houston headquarters with global teams, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and a curriculum focused on LYB, finance, and professional skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or soon to be completed.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.
• CPA or CMA is a plus, or pursuing one.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through three finance functions over three years (Accounting, Treasury, Reporting).
• Participate in FP&A budgeting and forecasting.
• Contribute to internal audits and tax compliance.
• Support governance and financial reporting to leadership.

Rotational Opportunities:

Accounting, Treasury, and Reporting: Gain key insights into operational results and help drive business performance through financial reporting, inventory, general accounting, treasury functions, and governance.

Financial Planning and Analysis: Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis that supports major corporate decisions at the highest levels, including the CFO, CEO, and Board of Directors.

Internal Audit: Provide valuable evaluations of the company's internal control environment, identifying opportunities for improvement that add value across the business.

Tax: Manage tax compliance, planning, audits, and reporting, while minimizing risks and supporting business decisions.

Who We're Looking For:

ABachelor'sdegree(or soon to be)in accounting, finance, or a related field

OverallGPA of 3.0 or higher

Finance certifications like CPA or CMA are a plus, or a commitment to pursuing one.

Strong strategic and analytical thinking, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate across the organization.

Highly self-sufficient with the ability to prioritize tasks and support others, especially in a fast-paced environment.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and basic knowledge of US GAAP and/or tax principles.

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
