Our lawyers solve legal issues for entrepreneurs, investors, financial institutions and established companies with a significant emphasis on technology, life sciences and other high growth industries. Graduating law students with a dedicated interest in debt finance should apply for this opportunity. Qualified candidates will have high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school and work experience within a corporate or professional environment, though no prior debt finance experience is required. Candidates must also have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
The expected salary for this position is $225,000.
