Why You’ll Love This Role: As an Entry Level Associate Electrical Engineer, you’ll be an integral part of our team, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to our work. Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced control schemes.
Create and refine process models for predictive control systems.
Engineer and improve process measurement instrumentation and control systems.
Provide daily technical support for I&E or control systems.
Collaborate with electrical technicians to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Evaluate and enhance the electrical system for expansion and reliability.
Offer electrical consultation for global manufacturing.
Implement standards to maintain a consistent corporate philosophy on electrical systems.
Lead large-scale electrical projects and represent the company externally.
Lead multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement significant projects.
Manage all project aspects, from concept through construction.
Ensure projects meet goals, budgets, and timelines.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent degree from an accredited university
Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
