Position Summary

The Digital Transformation (DT) Project Delivery Analyst supports the successful delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives across the enterprise. This role is ideal for a recent graduate interested in project management, business analysis, data analytics, and digital collaboration tools.

The analyst works closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Delivery Managers, Business Interface teams, and business stakeholders to support project execution, reporting, governance, communications, and continuous improvement activities. The role provides exposure to the full project lifecycle, from demand intake and planning through deployment and value realization. This role serves as a launching point into several DT paths including: Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data & Analytics Specialist, Change Management Analyst, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Administration (40%)

• Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of DT projects.
• Maintain project schedule, action logs, risk registers, issue logs, and status reports.
• Assist in preparation of Stage Gate deliverables and project governance materials.
• Coordinate with PM to support meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and action items.
• Ensure project documentation is organized and maintained in SharePoint or other.
• Support portfolio reporting and project governance activities.

Reporting, Analytics & Power BI (25%)

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather, validate, and analyze project and portfolio data.
• Support KPI tracking related to project health, schedule, cost, scope, and resourcing.
• Develop visualizations to help leadership manage project performance and delivery trends.
• Assist with data quality improvement initiatives across project systems.

Business Analysis & Process Support (15%)

• Assist Business Interface in consolidating business requirements and documenting current-state processes.
• Analyze data and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare process flows, requirements documentation, and meeting summaries.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and documentation.

SharePoint & Collaboration Tools (10%)

• Support SharePoint sites used by project teams and portfolios.
• Manage document libraries, permissions, lists, and project artifacts.
• Create and maintain team collaboration spaces.
• Assist with development of knowledge repositories and project templates.
• Promote best practices for information management and collaboration.

Executive Communications & Presentations (10%)

• Develop PowerPoint presentations for project reviews, steering committees, and leadership updates.
• Create executive-ready visual summaries, dashboards, and storyboards.
• Support preparation of portfolio reviews, quarterly updates, and business presentations.
• Transform complex project information into concise and visually compelling communications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, must have graduated in May 2026, or will graduate in December 2026.
• Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective at transferring technical knowledge and working in cross-functional teams.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or data visualization tools.
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of project management concepts and methodologies. Exposure to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall delivery approaches.
• Internship or academic project experience involving consulting, technology implementations, business analytics, or process improvement.
