Support Partner Relationship Management (PRM) - the platform we're building to create a single, trusted view of the agents, agencies, and distribution partners we do business with. This includes data analysis, discovery work with business and engineering partners, and building something concrete - a dashboard, a data pipeline, or an AI-powered prototype that plugs into PRM to automate processes.**Who You Are** Able to work with imperfect data and communicate findings clearly. Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.Hands-on with **dbt** and Snowflake; basic data tests and CI familiarity. Experience with orchestration (Airflow/Prefect/Dagster) and Git-based delivery.**What we offer you** **Compensation:** Employer work visa sponsorship and support are not provided for this role.
