This position will be within Kinder Morgan’s Transportation and Storage Services Department. The Business Processes group includes responsibility for ensuring the Direct Access Request Tracking (DART) computer system is a reliable, stable, accurate, and compliant system by establishing and implementing quality control steps focusing on system changes and events (both planned and unplanned). The DART system is the customer-facing system used for transportation and storage services across all KM Interstate pipelines, Midstream assets, CO2 business and unique services. This individual is responsible for the analysis of complex business problems and the implementation of cost-effective alternatives/system enhancements.
