Responsibilities include analyzing demand in an MRP environment, placing and expediting orders, and communicating with vendors to ensure timely delivery. Education and SAP/MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience required or preferred.
• SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze raw material demand for purchase and on‑time delivery in a MRP environment to ensure accuracy and adherence to the schedule.
• Place purchase orders and expedite materials to meet weekly production plans.
• Implement and document plans for all part number changes or usage changes.
• Analyze shipping forecasts to achieve optimal inventory levels.
• Track supply and delivery to provide timely communications and analysis to management.
• Assess supplier performance against goals by monitoring quality, delivery, and cost savings.
• Disposition discrepant material as needed.
• Create purchase orders and ensure delivery.
• Communicate with vendors for product, price, availability, and delivery information.

• Create purchase orders and ensure appropriate delivery.
• Communicate with vendors to obtain product, price, availability, and delivery information
