Job summary

Textron is seeking an entry-level 2027 Associate Demand Planner to contribute to forecasting and demand planning for new product launches. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain master data, and support data-driven improvement in inventory planning.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field and 0–2 years of experience, with familiarity in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or a related field is required.
• 0–2 years of experience is typical for this entry-level role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Factor in new vehicle SIOP to historical demand analysis to predict forecasting accurately.
• Support optimization of forecasting systems and data input; assist with new product launches.
• Provide product support plans and SKU rationalization.
• Assist in maintaining master data workbooks and run exception and daily metric reports.
• Perform purchase requisitions, execution, and ordering.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine root cause of inventory issues and create corrective action plans.
• Determine correct locations for parts and coordinate moves between warehouses.
• Collaborate with Financial Analyst on adherence to process & procedures.
