Job summary

Textron seeks a 2027 Associate Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team in Augusta, GA. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and cross-functional exposure to build your skills from day one.

You'll support demand forecasting, data inputs, SKU rationalization, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to improve inventory health and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience required.
• Software knowledge: SAP preferred; Microsoft Office proficiency recommended.

Responsibilities

• Factor in new vehicle SIOP to historical demand analysis to predict forecasting accurately.
• Support optimization of forecasting systems and data input.Support new product launches by supporting demand for new builds.
• Provide product support plans and SKU rationalization.
• Assist in maintaining master data workbooks and run exception and daily metric reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform purchase requisitions, execution, and ordering.
• Work with cross functional teams to determine root cause of inventory issues and to create correctiveaction plans.
• Determine correct locations for parts and coordinate moves between warehouses.
• Collaborate with Financial Analyst on adherence to process & procedures.
