Job summary

Six Flags Entertainment Corporation in Charlotte is seeking a Warehouse crew member responsible for receiving, storing and distributing park orders. You will work with forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock, restock products, and help maintain accurate inventory.

You will also assist in inventory counts, handle cleaning chemicals, and ensure safety in your area while delivering friendly guest service and adhering to Six Flags policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test as per company policy.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stock from trucks with forklifts and dollies.

Job description

As a member of our Warehouse crew you play a very important role in ensuring all locations receive their orders as accurately and timely as possible. This position is physically demanding; you will be responsible for receiving, storing and distributing product for all locations. You will also assist in keeping accurate inventory, restocking product as it comes in and maintaining a safe work environment in accordance with policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload stock from trucks with forklifts and dollies.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse vehicles.
• Process completed paperwork to receiving.
• Deliver items to locations in park and retrieve “empties” (kegs, crates, etc.) from the locations in the park.
• Restock beverage vending machines.
• Stock shelves from deliveries.
• Makes deliveries of ordered products (i.e. food products, plush, cleaning supplies and maintenance parts) to various park locations.
• Assists in weekly and monthly inventories by assisting in counting products in the warehouse and completing the necessary paperwork.
• Mixes chemicals for park use such as disinfectant, degreaser, glass cleaner, all-purpose cleaner.
• Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
• Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
• Meets Six Flags' attendance requirements as outlined in Six Flags' attendance policies.
• Adheres to Six Flags' Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.
• Other duties may be assigned.
