RTX is seeking an engineer in Fort Wayne to support the design, development, and testing of cutting-edge Electronic Warfare (EW) technology and sensor systems across programs. You will contribute to RF systems, production support, IV&V, and system integration efforts.

The Electronic Warfare and Airborne Sensors department within the Space and Air Sensors organization has an immediate opening for an Engineer to support the design, development, and testing of cutting‑edge Electronic Warfare (EW) technology and sensor systems for a suite of products across multiple programs. This position supports a variety of activities including but not limited to concept development, requirements management, and design oversight for RF systems, production support, failure analysis, supplier engagement, test planning and implementation, and/or system integration, verification, and validation (IV&V).
After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting Systems Engineering, Systems Integration & Test activities across the product development lifecycle.

Salary range: 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
