BridgePrep Academy Osceola is seeking a dedicated First Grade Teacher to deliver rigorous, standards-aligned primary instruction and partner with SMART Management to provide a student-centered experience enriched by technology and Spanish integration.

Responsibilities include planning engaging lessons, differentiating for ESE/504/ELL students, and participating in coaching, PD, and timely reporting. A Florida teaching certificate and background screening are required or eligible.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, or related field.
• Florida Teaching Certificate or eligible (PreK/Primary or K–6)
• Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.
• Preferred ESOL/Reading Endorsements; Master’s degree; prior primary teaching experience.

Salary:$47,936 - $51,346 (Base + Referendum + ESOL/Reading/Master's supplements)

Key Responsibilities

Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging primary lessons focused on foundational reading, writing, mathematics, and state standards mastery.

Culture & Support: Maintain a structured, nurturing classroom environment; differentiate instruction for ESE, 504, and ELL scholars through required accommodations.

Collaboration & Compliance: Participate in weekly coaching and PD; submit lesson plans and student data on time; maintain regular family communication.

Key Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Elementary Education, Early Childhood, or a related field .

Certification: Valid or eligible Florida Teaching Certificate in Prekindergarten/Primary Education (Age 3–Grade 3) or Elementary Education (K–6).

Clearance: Level 2 Florida Care Provider Background Screening required.

Preferred: ESOL/Reading Endorsements; Master’s degree; prior primary teaching experience .
