PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Minnetonka Public Schools has elementary choir programs for children in grades 3-6. The choir meets to practice one day a week after school fromSeptember through May, with public performances. This position serves as the piano accompanist for the Elementary Select Choir, during rehearsals and concerts.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1. Demonstrated excellence in technical and expressive aspects of piano playing.
• 2. Evidence of piano accompanying skills, including the ability to follow the conductor.
• 3. Demonstrated ability to be flexible, dependable, and work a varied schedule.
• 4. Experience of successful experience working with school age students.
