Job summary

Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, LLC is seeking Repair Technicians to service ski and snowboard equipment in our busy rental shop. These are full-time and part-time seasonal roles with day and evening shifts, and pay is hourly.

As a technician, you’ll mount bindings, tune gear to manufacturer specs, process repair paperwork, and assist guests with equipment use while maintaining safety and shop cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of indemnified ski and snowboard equipment.

• Tune skis and snowboards to manufacturer specifications.
• Use Binding Manufacturer Tech Manuals and follow guidelines.
• Test, repair, and maintain rental shop equipment per standards.
• Learn safe use of tuning and testing equipment.
• Process payments for repair services using POS system.
• Reconcile daily transactions with precision.
• Provide guests with guidance on proper equipment use when applicable.
• Learn about resort services to better assist guests.
• Help maintain a clean and safe repair shop.

We’re looking for Repair Technicians to join our team and help guests keep their ski and snowboard equipment in top condition! As a technician, you’ll provide professional, efficient repair services and ensure every guest is ready for the slopes with confidence. We have full-time and part-time seasonal positions available, with both day and evening shifts. These are hourly roles in a fun, fast-paced resort environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop strong knowledge of indemnified ski and snowboard equipment.
• Safely and accurately mount, adjust, and test ski and snowboard bindings.
• Complete all required repair paperwork with accuracy.
• Tune skis and snowboards to manufacturer specifications.
• Use Binding Manufacturer Tech Manuals correctly and follow all guidelines.
• Test, repair, and maintain rental shop equipment per maintenance standards.
• Learn the safe use of all tuning and testing equipment.
• Process payments for repair services accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Reconcile daily transactions with precision.
• Provide guests with guidance on proper equipment use when applicable.
• Learn about resort services to better assist guests.
• Help maintain a clean and safe repair shop (including sweeping, trash removal, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.
