Job Description

Requirements: School Psychologist license issued by the TN Department of Education

Annual salary based on professional salary scale plus $3,060 additional supplement.

Benefits include: Health Insurance (some options include premiums that are 100% paid for the employee); $20,000 life insurance policy; enrollment in the Tennessee Consolidated Retirement System (5% employee contribution required); optional dental and/or vision insurance; paid sick days; paid personal days; paid holidays.

Click on the link below to access the Certified Pay Scale for 2025-26. The salary is based on a 200-day contract for a full school year. If the number of days is less than 200, divide the annual salary by 200 to get the daily rate, and then multiply the daily rate times the number of paid days.
