Position Overview

Construction Engineering Intern (Campus Internship) – 12 months at one of the above locations.

Benefits and Compensation
  • Hourly pay: $28.25 – $28.50 (≈$8,300 monthly) based on role, degree level, and academic year.
  • Furnished housing.
  • Participation in the Employee Savings Investment Plan with immediate vesting.
  • Company match: 4% for a 1% employee contribution; 8% for a 2% employee contribution.
  • Flexible work schedules (5/40, 9/80, or 4/10).
  • Paid holidays appropriate to the work schedule.
  • Full year of service credit for each internship completion (must be re‑employed within 365 days).
  • If hired full‑time after internship, competitive pay and benefits including healthcare, time off, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
