JOB DESCRIPTION:
The custodian performs routine manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of buildings. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, vacuuming, dusting, waxing, removing trash, cleaning bathrooms, and polishing furniture.
Salary: $35,360.00 - $62,003.97 annually; with benefits; commensurate with experience and pro-rated to start date
FLSA: Non-Exempt
