Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children in residential facilities. The role runs Monday to Friday, 1st shift with no weekends, offering an hourly rate of $20+ depending on experience and qualifications.

HOURLY RATE

$20/hr+ Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

CLIENT'S SUMMARIZED DESCRIPTION OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN/TSS

• Oversee the safety and location of all children at all times


• Provide nurturing care that focuses on child development


• Actively participate with children in all activities. Ensure proper cleanup and maintenance of toys, materials, supplies and equipment.


• Notify coordinator of any personal or programmatic problems and suggestions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree Preferred, 18 years of age


• Some experience working with children


• Exhibit strong leadership skills, possess a passion for member service, building and maintaining a culture of member service excellence
