Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children in residential facilities. You will oversee safety, provide nurturing care, and actively participate in activities, ensuring proper cleanup and maintenance of materials. The role follows a Monday to Friday first shift with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; must be 18 years of age.

HOURLY RATE

$20/hr+ Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

CLIENT'S SUMMARIZED DESCRIPTION OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN/TSS

• Oversee the safety and location of all children at all times


• Provide nurturing care that focuses on child development


• Actively participate with children in all activities. Ensure proper cleanup and maintenance of toys, materials, supplies and equipment.


• Notify coordinator of any personal or programmatic problems and suggestions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree Preferred, 18 years of age


• Some experience working with children


• Exhibit strong leadership skills, possess a passion for member service, building and maintaining a culture of member service excellence
