Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Behavior Technicians to work with children in residential facilities. The role offers $20/hour+ with Monday to Friday first shift and no weekends. Compensation depends on experience, education, availability, and skills.

Responsibilities include ensuring child safety, providing nurturing care, participating in activities, keeping spaces clean, and reporting issues to the coordinator. An Associate degree and some experience with children are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; must be at least 18 years old.
• Some experience working with children is required or preferred.
• Demonstrates leadership and a customer-service mindset.

Monday to Friday- 1st Shift! No Weekends!

HOURLY RATE

$20/hr+ Compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills.

CLIENT'S SUMMARIZED DESCRIPTION OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN/TSS

• Oversee the safety and location of all children at all times


• Provide nurturing care that focuses on child development


• Actively participate with children in all activities. Ensure proper cleanup and maintenance of toys, materials, supplies and equipment.


• Notify coordinator of any personal or programmatic problems and suggestions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Associate degree Preferred, 18 years of age


• Some experience working with children


• Exhibit strong leadership skills, possess a passion for member service, building and maintaining a culture of member service excellence
