Job summary

International Gamco in Omaha, NE is seeking an experienced 2-Way Machine Operator who can own sophisticated production equipment and advance their skills—and pay.

You will set up and run 2-Way equipment to cut and finish pull-tab gaming products, monitor performance, train crew, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role offers a structured training program with milestone pay raises and opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and contribute to production goals.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of technical training or experience in machine operation or printing.
• Three to five years of manufacturing experience involving machine operation, feeder operation, print production or bindery.
• Die-cutting and web press printing experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and lead crew members.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain 2-Way production equipment.
• Read and follow production schedules and job specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maximize productivity.
• Lead and train feeder operators and crew.
• Ensure proper labeling and accurate production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
