Job summary

This role offers a structured training program with milestone pay increases after 30, 60, and 90 days, and the opportunity to lead feeder operators and crew while ensuring safety and quality. Qualifications

• Two to four years of technical training or experience in machine operation, printing or a related field.
• Three to five years of manufacturing experience involving machine operation, feeder operation, print production or bindery.
• Die-cutting and web press printing experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain 2-Way production equipment.
• Read and follow production schedules, game documentation, job specifications and work instructions.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
• Perform regular quality checks and make real-time adjustments to maintain product accuracy.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to keep production moving.
• Lead, train, and provide day-to-day direction to feeder operators and other crew members.
