Job summary

International Gamco, Inc. is seeking an experienced 2-Way Machine Operator to set up, run, troubleshoot, and maintain specialized production equipment for pull-tab gaming products. You will lead a small crew, ensure safety, and target high-quality output.

The role includes a structured training program with progressive pay raises and opportunities to improve machine performance and production efficiency. On-site work with a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Two to four years of technical training or experience in machine operation, printing or a related field.
Three to five years of manufacturing experience involving machine operation, feeder operation, print production or bindery.
Die-cutting and web press printing experience is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Set up, calibrate, operate, and maintain 2-Way production equipment.
Read and follow production schedules, game documentation, job specifications and work instructions.
Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Perform regular quality checks and make real-time adjustments to maintain product accuracy.
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to keep production moving.
Lead, train, and provide day-to-day direction to feeder operators and other crew members.
Coordinate with other departments to meet production schedules and deadlines.
