Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in manufacturing or operations preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of production scheduling, performance management, and facility maintenance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities across multiple shifts to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Execute production plans and schedules based on demand and forecasts.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance metrics, and drive improvements.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Lead safety meetings and reinforce a safety-first culture in the facility.
• Reconcile timecards and payroll information each pay period; maintain records.
