Job Description

• Two resources at Level 2
• Work as support layer between Citrix Eng. team (L3) and help desk (L1)
• Support and troubleshoot the Citrix 7.12 environment
• Must have knowledge or XenDesktop, NetScaler,
• Dell - Wyse Thin client a major plus
• Support for Citrix and physical desktops/laptops running Windows 10.
