Crossroads Treatment Centers in Tennessee is seeking a Medical Receptionist to greet patients, process payments, and support daily operations in outpatient clinics. You will guide new patients through intake, coordinate with medical staff, and maintain accurate financial records.

Prior healthcare or addiction medicine experience is welcomed, with strong customer service as a core requirement for delivering a positive patient experience.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived addiction experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude towards patients and offer a white-glove experience.
• Guide new patients through their intake process.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for patient drug screens as needed.
• Maintains daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinates with medical and clinical staff to coordinate intakes.
• Provides clerical and logistical support.
• Oversees patient accounts and financial responsibilities.

Day in the Life of a Medical Receptionist

• Responsible for providing excellent customer service checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.

Education and Experience requirements

• At minimum, High School Diploma or GED required.

• Customer Service experience in a fast paced environment preferred.

Schedule

• Monday; 8:00am-4:00pm

• Tuesday; 8:00am-4:00pm

• Wednesday; 8:00am-4:00pm

• Thursday; 9:00am-5:00pm

• Friday; 9:00am-3:00pm
