Job summary

Viwinco Windows in Morgantown, PA is seeking a dedicated 1st shift Production Assembler to join our window and door manufacturing team. You will work across production areas, assemble products, operate machinery when needed, ensure quality standards, and prepare items for shipping.

Shifts run 6:00am–2:30pm with overtime and Saturdays required; steel-toed shoes are required with reimbursement up to $75 after hire. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Steel-toed shoes required (up to $75 reimbursed once hired).

Responsibilities

• Operate on the production line to meet targets.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Operate and maintain machinery and line equipment.
• Assemble products and parts.
• Monitor the line and remove faulty items.
• Finalize and package products for shipment.
• Report issues to supervisor on duty.
• Follow PPE and safety standards; keep workstation clean.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
