Qualifications

• Successful completion of a welding test to demonstrate proficiency.
• Strong knowledge and ability to accurately use a tape measure.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and setting up welding equipment for production.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new practices, as training opportunities are provided.
• Experience in TIG welding is highly advantageous.
• Previous training from a welding school is a valuable asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/TIG welding on a wide range of components, including structural and sheet metal pieces.
• Follow blueprints and shop drawings to ensure precise execution of welding tasks.
• Operate torches and grinders proficiently.
• Lay out components, align them accurately, and fit them together with precision, familiar with Cobots and programming for welding.
