Midway Staffing is seeking experienced Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires welding across MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick processes and offers steady daytime hours.

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $25.00 per hour DOE, with overtime potential and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life/AD&D coverage.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and follow work orders and welding specifications.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding on a variety of materials.
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications.
• Operate welding equipment safely while maintaining quality standards.
• Assist with moving materials using forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, or cranes (if qualified).
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ready to put your welding skills to work? Midway Staffing is hiring experienced Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have experience with multiple welding processes and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!

Location:Phoenix, AZ
Schedule:Monday – Friday | 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM | Overtime available
Pay Rate:$18.00 - $25.00/hour DOE

Duties:

• Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding on a variety of materials
• Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and welding specifications
• Operate welding equipment safely while maintaining quality standards
• Assist with moving materials using forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, or cranes (if qualified)
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding required
• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, boom lifts, or cranes is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work
