Novae LLC is seeking weld team members to produce high-quality trailer components in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. You will be responsible for welding work, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to safety protocols to protect yourself and coworkers.

Responsibilities include reading work orders, operating weld line tools, performing inspections, and supporting throughput goals. A 10-hour shift with potential overtime is typical, and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Self-directed worker in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsabilités

• Weld quality trailer parts in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE and tools appropriately.
• Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput.
• Operate power tools and machinery on the weld line(s).
• Read and understand work orders and instructions.
• Perform quality checks and complete final inspection sheets as directed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections prior to shift start to ensure safety and equipment readiness.
• Assist in other areas as needed.

Job Summary:

Weld team members are responsible for welding quality trailer with outstanding service in a safe manner and must be able to manufacture in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

• Ensure your own safety by always using designated personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools designed and rated for the task, complying with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Report to work on time to support production startup and throughput goals.
• Operate all power tools and machinery on the weld line(s) effectively and respectfully.
• Read and understand work orders and work instructions.
• Perform quality checks and product inspections by completing final inspection sheets, as directed by assigned production supervisor.
• Perform daily inspections on equipment prior to shift startup to ensure the safety of you and your coworkers, as well as the operational effectiveness of equipment.

Qualifications And Requirements

• High School Diploma / GED, or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities in directly job-related experiences.
• Possess good physical stamina and coordination with the ability to safely lift 80 pounds with prolonged periods of standing.
• Able to work 10 hour shifts with potential overtime.
• Willing to submit a pre-employment background check.
• Able to work in a self-directed way to manage multiple demands of time and attention in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
