Job summary

Provisur Technology is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor on the 1st shift in Whitewater, WI to lead daily warehouse operations, scheduling, shipping, receiving, and material handling. You will train staff, monitor performance, and drive cost efficiency while ensuring on-time delivery and excellent customer service.

This role emphasizes leadership, strong communication, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Excel.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong computer skills including proficient use of ERP systems and MS Excel.
Warehouse and/or Customer Service Experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain warehouse organization, including efficient material storage, timely location changes, receipts, and shipments.
Maintain shipment requirements and expedite orders to ensure the highest on-time delivery and customer service levels.
Schedule and monitor all work to be performed daily.
Ensure manufacturing orders are reviewed after receipt to ensure materials are issued and operations are completed.
Train employees and monitor development. Manage performance.
Minimize costs, including overtime, materials, and scrap, while maximizing efficiency and utilization.
Prepare shipping quotes for sales on equipment and parts orders received by assigned location.
