The role oversees daily warehouse operations, aligns with onsite leadership to meet service and quality goals, and drives continuous improvement. A hands-on leader communicates effectively with staff, customers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Partner with onsite leadership to meet customer service and quality standards.
• Track and achieve production goals and review performance reports.
• Coordinate scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Assist in hiring, training, coaching, and retention of staff.
• Enforce policies, safety protocols, and cost controls.
• Monitor labor costs, minimize waste, and ensure timely orders.
• Serve as the main link between operations, employees, and customers.
