RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the 1st shift warehouse operations in Menomonee Falls, WI. The role ensures accurate picking, shipments, and safe handling of merchandise, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of warehouse ops, 2–3 years of inventory control, and proven leadership skills. This full-time position offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years warehouse operations experience.
• 2–3 years inventory control and SKU management.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with powered industrial trucks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate performance of direct reports.
• Ensure accuracy of outbound shipments and documentation.
• Perform safety checks on powered industrial trucks.
• Promote workplace safety protocols for department/branch.
• Provide training on processes and procedures for 1st shift employees.
• Communicate business plans and departmental goals and objectives.
• Other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager
