Job summary

RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Springfield, MO facility. You will receive, pick, and transport products, using RF scanners and stand-up forklifts to ensure accurate receiving and shipping.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, or until completion, with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience emphasising accuracy and efficiency.
• Forklift experience with stand-up model and adherence to safety protocols.
• Able to lift up to 50-75 lbs and work in varied environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

• Receive and transport products to appropriate locations.
• Pick products, assemble orders and prepare goods for shipment.
• Ensure accurate receipt/shipment and maintain inventory records.

Warehouse Associate Job Summary

Full-time | Monday-Friday | First shift, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, or until completion

The Warehouse Associate receives and transports products to appropriate locations. Picks products, assembles orders and prepares goods for shipment. Responsible for ensuring accurate receipt/shipment and appropriate handling of merchandise. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the redistribution field.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications

• 1-year previous warehouse experience
• 1-year previous stand-up forklift experience, and ability to follow all safety protocols
• High degree of attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs. frequently
• Comfortable withexposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)
• Comfortable with heights (25’30’)

Warehouse Associate Duties

• Operate different types of forklifts including stand-up, and order picker
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and product movement
• Receive, pick and/or transport product throughout warehouse according to company standards
• Stack, palletize, tote, and/or store product in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain shipping, receiving and inventory records through proper documentation
• Maintain organization and warehouse cleanliness
• Responsible for all warehouse safety protocols
• Checks on all powered equipment
• Other duties as assigned
