Job summary

TVH Americas in Olathe, KS is hiring multiple Warehouse Supervisors for the 3rd shift to lead our distribution team and ensure accurate picking, checking, and shipping to customers.

You will plan workflow, assign duties, monitor productivity and quality, and drive projects that align with our operations goals while supporting a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in distribution in a similar role (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience supervising, hiring, coaching, mentoring, and training staff (preferred).
• Experience identifying, developing, and reporting operations or distribution metrics
• An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, OR at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Comfort being on your feet and moving throughout the shift, including regular bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly, up to 40 lbs frequently, and over 50 lbs occasionally (with team lifting or equipment for anything over 50 lbs)

We're hiring multiple Warehouse Supervisors across various shifts to help lead our Olathe Distribution Center. As a supervisor, you'll be part of our supervisory team in Operations, working alongside leaders across the organization to make sure our customers get what they need, when they need it. If you like solving problems, building strong teams, and finding simple ways to make complex things work better, we'd love to talk to you.

Responsibilities
