Job summary

Gordon Food Service is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Selector. The position starts at $20.90 per hour, with two raises in the first year and overtime opportunities based on production. The role is Sunday–Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off, and requires working in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Employees are on their feet for long shifts, may lift up to 100 pounds, and will work in a freezer at times. Training is provided, with benefits and weekly pay.

You’ll be on your feet for 10 hours of work, you’ll be lifting up to 100 pounds, and you’ll be asked to work in our freezer, but there’s no experience required - we train you how to get the job done with our dedicated training team. Selecting is hard work, so we’ll pay you a starting wage that scales with production and efficiency- the better you perform, the more you earn.
