Job summary

MSC Industrial Supply Co. in Hanover Park, IL is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the distribution center by efficiently selecting and preparing materials for shipment. You will operate a cherry picker/order platform and ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.

The role requires forklift operation proficiency, RF scanning, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts, starting pay $18.75/hour, based on location and experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to operate all power industrial lift trucks and pass forklift license requirements.
• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 US pounds and meet production standards for 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and count product to fulfill customer orders.
• Retrieve and count product to fulfill inter-warehouse transfers.
• Operate RF equipment to scan orders and label pallets.
• Wrap and weight pallets using stretch wrapper.
• Ensure accurate paperwork for each order.
