Job summary

Protective Industrial Products (PIP) in Olive Branch, MS, is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our North America Operations at an 850,000 square foot facility. The role covers receiving, storing, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.

You will keep aisles clear, inspect shipments, build pallets, and load goods at docks. The job requires reliability, teamwork, and strict adherence to safety guidelines, with hands-on training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack and RF scan gun with proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting, especially in picking or material handling, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and ship products in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep aisles free of loose boxes and materials; maintain neat shelves, pallet area, and workstations.
• Inspect shipments to ensure correct order fulfillment and alignment with customer specifications.
• Pick products neatly, cut boxes to specs, build pallets, and position them at loading docks.
• Communicate with team and adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a safe, efficient operation.
