Job summary

The Hillman Group is hiring a 1st Shift Order Picker Lead for our Belton, MO site. Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM–3:00 PM and Friday 6:00 AM–12:00 PM, pay $22.50/hour, full-time with benefits. Lead daily warehouse operations, coach teammates, and ensure productivity and safety in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Area Manager to prioritize work, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and spreadsheet proficiency.
• PIT operating experience (Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Sit Down Forklift).

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Experience leading or training employees
• Experience with inventory control, scheduling, or warehouse operations
