Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Lead in Milwaukee, WI. The role is a full-time position with a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule, salary $22/hour.

Location: 8501 W Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee. The company provides refrigerated logistics services and a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities include directing staff, training, and enforcing sanitation, safety, and policy compliance.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating forklift or pallet jacks is required.
• Experience with RF controlled inventory systems preferred.

Salary Range: $22.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Position: Warehouse Lead

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM

Location: 8501 W Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee WI

Based in Milwaukee, WI, we operate the largest fresh 48 state LTL consolidation pool with more than 100+ trucks, and offer multiple sites with cooler, and air-conditioned storage, distribution and cross-docking services. We operate refrigerated and non-refrigerated warehouses for storage needs but also Value Added Services such as specialty packing, kitting and fulfillment needs. General Accountabilities include:

• Directing the work activities of employees as directed by Supervisor
• Training of employees
• Provide input on disciplinary issues

• Food Safety / Food Defense
• Fair and professional treatment of all associates
• Monitoring breaks and lunches
• Controlling housekeeping activities
• Expected to help cover for the Supervisors vacation and PTO
• Other duties as assigned
• Help with CSR functions
• Working together as with management team

Prerequisites:

• High School Diploma ( or equivalent)
• Experience Operating Forklift or Pallet Jacks
• Previous Experience with RF Controlled Inventory Systems
